Instructions
Step 1
Part 1: Melt 1/2 lb butter, add 1 cup onions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3/4 tsp cayenne, 3/4 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp thyme, 3/4 tsp white pepper, 3/4 tsp basil. Cook until onions are light brown.. Mix in 1-cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup Worcester, 1-tbsp Tabasco, small can tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, add (maybe less)1/4 cup sugar. Add 4 cups tomato sauce and return to boil.. Lower heat and simmer low for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Part 2: Melt 1/2 lb butter, 2-1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp basil, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp cumin, 3/4 tsp white pepper, 3/4 tsp granulated garlic, 1/4 tsp black pepper.. Cook for 10 minutes.. Add 1-lb cubed chicken and cook until tender.. Combine with tomato sauce mix and cook together for 5 minutes.. Serve over pasta.
