Softa’s Slow Cooker Beef Ribs
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:8h
Made beef ribs for the first time ever today, June 4, 2022. I didn’t know there was such a thing. My ribs just began cooking. I will update this tonight.
UPDATE: Oh, my G-d. These came out deliciously!!!
They had a balanced flavor between the pineapple wine and the BBQ sauce. Not sickening sweet nor sticky, just nicely flavor-able. They were fork-tender and juicy. I paired it with Bob Even’s mashed potatoes and a frozen combo of peas, corn, and pimentos. Now I am stuffed. Luckily, we have leftovers for tomorrow.
Next, I will have to try this recipe on the grill. Yummy.
