Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Make a dent in the middle of the powder mix and pour the liquid ingredients. With a whisk, or mixer, mix well until there are no more lumps.
Step 2
Let mixture rest and thicken for 5-10 minutes. During this time you can heat your waffle iron. This recipe takes a little longer to cook so a lower temperature is advised.
Step 3
Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and ladle about 1/4 cup batter per waffle slot. Let cook until no longer gummy in the center. Enjoy with syrup, honey, or use as bread for breakfast sandwiches.
