Whisk well until smooth. The dough consistency must be a little thicker than yogurt. You can add a bit more flour if needed

Fold in blueberries carefully. Choose smaller ones so they won't change the shape of a pancake while baking meaning the pancake will be baked thoroughly

Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Pour the dough into a dry frying pan with a small ladle. Fry over medium-small heat.

Flip when the top surface of the pancakes is porous and still moist. Fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides

Serve with a few fresh berries, honey, maple syrup, or anything of your taste
