A recipe from the international foodie community, Beryl Shereshewsky, has created on YouTube. One of a few recipes on this video, but this caught my eye - a Romanian garlic bean spread that can be whipped up quickly.

Step 1
Put the beans in the blender. Season with salt and add the oil to the paste, pouring it in a thin streak like when you make mayonnaise. Mash the garlic as finely as possible and add it to the bean paste, then add pepper and a pinch of paprika powder (more for the look). Taste everything and adjust to your preferences (sometimes | put more garlic or salt or oil, it depends). Eat on simple toasted bread (a more dense white bread with a crust and toasted well would be my choice).
