4 Tavocado oil
1 poundboneless skinless chicken thighs
½ tspsalt
20 ouncesBrussels sprouts
2carrots
2 Tred onion

Instructions
Step 1
In an extra large skillet, 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for three minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons oil to the skillet, then the brussels sprouts, carrots, and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sprouts are tender and lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Add the dressing and heat through, about one minute. Serve with Sriracha or hot sauce.
