Instructions

Step 1
Sauté diced onion and garlic in olive oil
Step 2
Brown Turkey in mixture. Season with salt. Do not drain fat.
Step 3
Add tomato paste and cook with Turkey until deepening in color and sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 4
Deglaze the pot with both cans of tomatoes. Add the chili seasoning.
Step 5
Dice the bell peppers and jalapeños. Add to the pot and loosen with about 1/2 cup of water. Season with salt and sugar.
Step 6
Simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 7
Top with sour cream and cilantro.
