Step 1
In a blender mix all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cook pasta of your choice and mix in the pesto. Stir well.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, top off with red chili flakes and yoghurt or cottage cheese. Enjoy!
Step 4
Try to add more sweet flavor if the taste of cilantro is still strong. i added a few drops of sweet white balsamic vinegar and it helped!
