Step 1
In a blender, mix avocado with basil, lemon juice, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and garlic for a minute or until creamy.

Step 2
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water for the time indicated on the package, drain.
Step 3
In a bowl, add your pasta and your avocado pesto and mix very well, adding a drop of pasta water if necessary. If you’d like you can serve your pasta with some cherry tomatoes on top. Buon appetito!
