Instructions

Step 1
Add the chia seeds to a bowl, stir 1 to 2 teaspoons warm water, and soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight
Step 2
Mix the Cream cheese with the Coconut milk, wheatgerm oil, and Lime juice and chia seeds. Season with cinnamon and/ or Vanilla ***this step will be the next morning of chia seeds are soaked over night***
Step 3
Mix the Shredded Coconut with Lime zest and a pinch of salt sprinkle over the bowl.
