Step 1
Put chia seeds in a jug and fill with almond milk. Stir well and let sit until it blends. Stir again and break up any larger chunks.
Step 2
Layer up your pudding with buckwheat groats, berry, chia pudding mix and coconut yogurt. Top with fruit or any toppings you like. Cocao nibs, lightly roasted coconut flakes and berries are my favourite!
