Instructions
Step 1
Cook sushi rice according to instructions and let cool down
Step 2
Add the sushi rice ingredients together
Step 3
Grate the extra firm tofu
Step 4
Mix the vegan crab ingredients together
Step 5
Wet hands and add sushi rice on the nori sheet
Step 6
Add half the tofu mixture and avocado in the middle
Step 7
Press and roll the sushi, preferably with a sushi mat
Step 8
Cut the sushi roll into six pieces
Step 9
Top with sriracha mayo and serve with soy sauce
