Instructions
Step 1
Stir yeast and sugar together in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of the flour, 35 ml (0.14 cups) of the oil, and all water to yeast and sugar mixture, and stir.
Step 3
Add salt and gradually add the rest of the flour while kneading the dough.
Step 4
Next, oil the dough with remaining oil, cover with damp cloth and let rest for 30 mins.
Step 5
After resting dough will be soft and sticky. Dust counter with flour and take the dough out of the cloth and knead lightly.
Step 6
Roll out the dough with hands or a rolling pin.

Add pizza toppings to dough.
Step 8
Bake at 482°F (250°C) for 15 minutes on bottom rack.
