Anti-inflammatory Smoothie

Great for cold and flu season! Each ingredient was chosen specifically for its anti-inflammatory properties. The chia seeds in this recipe make the smoothie thick like a pudding, and the flavor reminds me of eating a berry pie.

Instructions

Step 1
In a high powered blender (Vitamix or comparable) grind the flax seeds and chia seeds into a fine powder. Add walnuts, powdered greens, beet powder and coconut oil, and blend until mixed. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
