Feta eggs and sundried tomatoes
Breakfast air fryer recipe. 70g of feta is a third of a pack. Erika uses a bit more (half a pack)

Instructions
Step 1
Get a brown paper tray for airfryer. Break 2 eggs and places those in the paper tray. Sprinkle in the chopped sundried tomatoes, spinach and feta. Drizzle over some of the oil from the sundried tomatoes jar.
Step 2
Cook in airfryer for 6-8 mins at 175c.
Step 3
Serve with two slices of warm bread per person (sourdough is good).
