Instructions
Step 1
Mash the avocado and with the salsa. squeeze in about 1 tsp. of lemon juice and mash leave a little chucky.
Step 2
Cut eggs in half. Discard the yolks and fill with prepared mixture.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
