1.5 lbchicken
shredded cooked

3 x 15 ozcans great northern beans
drained

2 x 32 ozchicken broth
box

1 x 15 ozcan tomatoes

16 ozmild salsa

8 ozCheese shredded

2 tspground cumin

1 tspchili powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken. Add to large pot, season with salt and pepper, cover with chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil, turn to low and cover. Cook 20-30 min until internal temperature of 165. Drain chicken, cool and shred

Step 2
In crockpot combine chicken, beans, broth, salsa, cheese, cumin and chili powder



Step 3
Cover and cook on high 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
