Step 5
Add Cooking Spices - Curry Powder
Step 6
Dice Non-Caloric Vegetables while 1st Pan Sautes

Empty First Pan of Sauteed Veggies Into Mixing Bowl
Step 8
Add Diced Non-Caloric Veggies to Cast Iron Pan for Round 2
Step 9
Dice Aromatic Spices (Habanero, Garlic, Cilantro, Ginger)

Add Aromatics near end of cooking

Microwave any additional vegetable bulk and add to mixing bowl
