Instructions

Step 1
Slice one whole cucumber and tomato (make sure to have thick slices) and place them aside.
Step 2
Fill a small dish with a generous amount of olive oil and add the above mentioned seasonings or swap them out for seasonings of your choice, mix well and use an oil brush to glaze the sliced cucumbers with this mixture.
Step 3
Spread a generous amount of hummus on the cucumbers and place a tomato slice on top. Repeat this process for all slices.
Step 4
Then grab a toothpick or a skewer to place all the elements together and it's as easy as that!
