Cilantro Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is one of @alisa.vitti’s favorites, to keep as part of your go-tos rotation. Its ingredients are simple, delicious, and will support your liver, large intestine, and lymphatic system so that they can take care of toxins the way they are naturally supposed to.
These organs help our bodies get rid of excess estrogen, and estrogen dominance is a common cause behind hormonal imbalance-related health issues. Ensuring they’re nourished is important, and food is our direct line for that!
