Step 1
In a large pot, cook penne according to pkg directions.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a deep, 12โ skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bell peppers and onions.
Cook and stir until veggies are tender, about 5 min.
Add spinach and 1/4 cup water.
Cook amd stir until spinach is wilted and water has evaporated, about 2 min.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low. Add drained pasta to skillet along with chicken and pesto.
Toss until all ingredients are coated with pesto.
If you like more pesto, add more.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
