Instructions

Step 1
Cook broccoli for 5 mins and cut into small florets
Step 2
Cook pasta Al dente and drain
Step 3
In a large pan heat olive oil and butter over a medium heat, until hot but not smoking and saute the chicken breast, for 5 mins on each side
Step 4
Remove from heat, cover with a lid and let the chicken rest, covered until it's no longer pink in the middle
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into Slices and set aside
Step 6
Add minced garlic to the pan and cook in the chicken juices and oil left in the pan, and cook for about 30 seconds
Step 7
Add cooked and sliced broccoli and mix with the garlic. Remove from the pan
Step 8
To make the creamy sauce, heat up 1 cup of cream until it boils
Step 9
Immediately add the cheese and stir until melted and nice and creamy
Step 10
Reduce the heat to a medium-low and slowly add the milk in small portions, constantly stirring, simmering until nice and creamy consistency is reached
Step 11
Serve over the pasta and add the broccoli and lay the chicken on top
