Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix garlic, chili powder, thyme and 1 tsp parsley into olive oil and blend well. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Soak chops in olive oil mixture, both sides, and place in the center of a foil lined cookie sheet. Spread thawed vegetables around the chops spritzing generously with olive oil to coat. Shake Italian seasoning over all. According to taste, sprinkle garlic and chili powder over all. Slice butter into thin pats and layer over vegetables. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 or better. ENJOY.
