Instructions
Step 1
In a large zip-seal bag, combine all incredients except steak. Seal and knead to mix well.
Step 2
Add steak, remove as much air as possible and reseal bag.
Step 3
Marinade 30 minutes to 2 hours at room temperature (or marinade 24 hours in fridge and remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.)
Step 4
Cook over hot coals about 7 minutes per side.
