Instructions
Step 1
Season the sirloin by rubbing it with the salt, ground pepper, and dried herbs.
Step 2
Leave the sirloin in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Place the sirloin on a roasting tray. Mince the garlic cloves, then season the sirloin with the minced garlic and chili-pepper flakes.
Step 4
Place a wire rack on the 2nd level for the single oven and then, put the beef on the rack.
Step 5
Insert the Temp. probe into the thickest part and insert the plug into the socket.
Step 6
Tap the button below to start roasting the beef.
Step 7
After it has been roasted, cover the beef with foil and leave it to stand for 10 mins.
