Waldorf Chicken Salad Wrap

Instructions

Step 1
Cook chicken. Optional: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place pecans/walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes or until toasted and fragrant. Stir halfway through.
Step 2
Add grilled chicken, chopped apples, grapes, celery and nuts to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in the Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, sea salt and pepper. Add stevia until you reach your desired sweetness.
Step 3
Weigh the chicken salad mixture and divide by the number of servings. Evenly distribute mixture into the wraps, top with lettuce and roll up tightly.
