Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the Vitamix, or other blender, jug finishing with the frozen fruit on the top (this helps to push the other ingredients down into the blades).
Step 2
Turn on the power and once it starts to blend turn up to maximum and blend for a minute or until completely smooth.
Step 3
Enjoy straight away or take with you in a portable drinks container.
