⅓ cupitalian dressing
½ cupfresh basil
chopped
½ cupparmesan cheese
divided
0.33 ozpine nuts

2zucchinis
medium to large, cut, sliced, or spiralized into noodle like strands, should yield 4 cups zucchini noodles
1.5 lbsboneless skinless chicken breast
grilled, cubed or cut into strips
2 cupscherry tomatoes
halved
½ tspcrushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
To make pesto, combine the salad dressing, basil, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and pine nuts in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
In a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, cook zucchini noodles and tomatoes until just tender about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in pesto and remaining parmesan cheese, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Top with grilled chicken, and garnish with red pepper flakes.
