1 Tbspminced garlic
1 lbground beef
0.5 x 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
19 ozcan dice tomatoes
I used chili seasonings
19 ozcan kidney beans
19 ozcan black beans
2 cupsbeef broth
2 Tbspchili powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions until translucent
Step 2
Saute peppers for a few minutes and then add garlic until fragrant
Step 3
Add ground beef and cook until nice and crispy
Step 4
Add ground beef mixture to slow cooker
Step 5
Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker
Step 6
Cook for 6-8 hours on low
