Instructions

Beef

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Scatter half the beef in the skillet, QUICKLY spread it with tongs. Leave untouched for 30 seconds until browned.

Turn beef quickly and sear for another 30 seconds.

Remove onto a plate.

Sauce

Melt butter
Step 5
Cook onion for 1 minute then add mushrooms

Cook mushrooms until golden.
Step 7
Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
Step 8
Add half the broth while stirring, then add rest.

Stir in sour cream and mustard.
Step 10
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 11
Add beef back in and simmer for 1 minute
