Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients in one bowl and combine with your hands.
Step 2
Make 2 discs with the doe and wrap them in plastic foil. Place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Step 4
Unwrap the doe and place it in a non-sticky surface (lightened floured or plastic). Place the plastic foil on top and with use the rolling pin to flaten it, making it 0.5cm thick.
Step 5
Use a cutter (heart shapped for Valentines or other shapes of your preference) to cut the doe.
Step 6
Place the cookies in a backing rack lined with parchment paper. Bake it at 180C for 8-10 minutes (take care, as the edges can quickly go brown).
Step 7
Let the cookies cool down completely in a cooling rack.
Step 8
Melt the chocolate for cover the cookies and dip them. Wait for the chocolate to completly cool down. Enjoy!
