Instructions

Step 1
Remove tuna from can, and drain liquid in the tuna. Please drained tuna in a big bowl for ease of mixing. (把金枪鱼从罐头中取出,沥干水分。将沥干水分的金枪鱼倒入大碗中方便后续搅拌。)
Step 2
Cook 1 cup quinoa in rice cooker. Add cooked quinoa in mixing bowl. (将洗好的藜麦放入电饭煲煮熟。将煮好的藜麦加入碗中。)
Step 3
Cut avocados into small chunks, and add to the big bowl. (将牛油果切成小块,加入碗中。)
Step 4
Wash cucumbers and cut into small chunks. Add cucumber into mixing bowl. (将黄瓜洗净切成小块后加入碗中。)
Step 5
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into small chunks. Add cherry tomatoes into mixing bowl. (将小番茄洗净切成小块。将切好的小番茄加入碗中。)
Step 6
Cut red onion into small strips, and add into mixing bowl. (将红洋葱切丝,加入碗中。)
Step 7
Wash cilantro, dice into small pieces and add to mixing bowl. (将香菜洗净,加入碗中。)
Step 8
In a small bowl prepare dressing: add olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, thoroughly whisk everything in the bowl. (准备料汁:将柠檬汁、橄榄油、盐、黑胡椒在一个小碗里搅拌均匀。)
Step 9
Add prepared dressing into large mixing bowl with all the ingredients. Thoroughly mix ingredients together, and ready to serve. (将准备好的料汁倒入盛了所有食材的大碗中。将所有碗中食材搅拌均匀即可。)
