Instructions

Step 1
Cook and stir ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in large skillet until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Step 2
Drain fat & discard. Transfer mixture to 5-quart slow cooker.
Step 3
Add beans, tomato suace, tomatoes with juice, chili powder, mustard, basil, black pepper, and chili pepper. Mix well, cover, and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours
