Instructions
Step 1
Slice onions, sweet peppers, and chicken breast. Dice scotch bonnets really fine.
Step 2
Fry a little onion in 2 tablespoons of vegetable/olive oil till soft
Step 3
Add chicken and season to taste. Fry till chicken is cooked
Step 4
Add prawns and fry
Step 5
Add sweet peppers and scotch bonnet
Step 6
Put on low heat
Step 7
Quick Boil noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes
Step 8
Add to frying ingredients, increase heat, mix and season to taste until noodles are cooked through.
Step 9
Serve
