Instructions

Step 1
Heat up a pot with olive oil

Put in garlic cloves and wait until their fragrance enhanced
Step 3
Put in the minced meat and stir until they turned colour

Put in the shredded carrots and stir until they are mixed with the meat
Step 5
Pour in tomato sauce, stir and then put in oregano
Step 6
When the tomato sauce is boiled, turn the heat to medium low. Let it cook for 40mins.
Step 7
Put in 1 tbsp of salt, stir and taste the sauce. Pour in cooking cream and reboil the mixture
Step 8
Serve with Spagetti
