Instructions
For the rice
Step 1
Measure rice out into rice cooker and rinse
Finely chop garlic
Add garlic and about 2 heaped tablespoons of butter to rice and cook
Step 2
Dice chicken thigh into bite sized pieces then add to electric pan with oil
Add onion and fry until softened
Stir in the tomato paste & taco seasoning
Add water and stir in
Step 3
Roughly cut tomato and cucumber for the salad
Step 4
Serve chicken with rice and salad!
