Instructions

Step 1
Begin by boiling water in a pot for your pasta. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 2
While the water is boiling, slice 1/4 of a small onion and 3 garlic cloves. Chop 1 fresh chili.

Next, slice up your sausage.

On medium heat, drizzle oil and start cooking the sausages.

Then toss in your onions, garlic slices and fresh chili and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Once water has begun boiling, add 1 serving of angel hair and cook for 2-3 minutes. Save 1 scoop (5 Tbsp) of pasta water before draining.
Step 7
Add in your pasta into the pan and quickly add 3 Tbsp of ketchup, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and pasta water. Mix thoroughly.
