Chicken Sausage Spaghetti is one of those busy week-night dinners that is ready in 30 minutes or less. It's made with spaghetti, chicken sausage, veggies and your favorite marinara sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Start by bringing water in a large pan or dutch oven to a rolling boil and add in a touch of salt. Then add in the spaghetti noodles and cook al a dente (meaning, drain them right before they are almost done cooking).
Step 2
In the meantime, preheat a large saute pan and add 1 tbsp of EVOO. Once heated, add in the diced garlic and sliced red onion, saute for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add in the diced zucchini and squash and saute for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
When the veggies are done cooking, turn heat to low and add in the drained sliced black olives and marinara sauce.
Step 5
Next, when the pasta is done cooking, drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add cooked spaghetti back to pot.
Step 6
Then, add in the marinara sauce mixture with the veggies and the pasta water to the cooked spaghetti noodles and mix until well combined.
Step 7
In the same pan that the veggies were cooked in, add in the sliced chicken sausage and cook for about 4-5 minutes on medium heat, or until golden brown and heated all the way through.
Step 8
Add the heated chicken sausage to the pasta and mix once more before serving.
Step 9
Sprinkle with a touch of feta cheese and enjoy warm!

Reserve pasta water for added flavor. Cook spaghetti al a dente, meaning just a few minutes before the packaged time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3-4 days.
