Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425. Empty the package of potatoes onto a baking sheet and roast them for 5 min to get a head start. On a separate baking sheet, spray some avocado oil (or olive oil) and empty the package of broccoli florets. Spray them with more avocado oil (or drizzle with olive oil) and toss them with salt, pepper, Umami seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper flakes and add them to the oven to roast for 20-25 minutes along with the potatoes. Pat dry the salmon, then rub the salmon with some olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and air fry them at 400 for 7-11 minutes, depending on the thickness. Once the potatoes are done roasting (about 25-30 min total), remove them from the oven, add some butter into the baking dish and garlic powder and give it a good toss and then serve right away along with the salmon and broccoli.

Step 2
Non-air fryer method: heat about a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and pan fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
