Ingredients
6 servings
1 lbground beef
½ tspsalt
¼ tspcayenne
2 tspchili powder
1 tspcumin
1 tspdried cilantro
1 tspblack pepper
1onion
diced
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 x 10 ozcan rotel
1 x 8 ozcan of tomato sauce
1 ½ cupbeef broth
1 cuplong grain white rice
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet on medium high heat. Add all seasonings and onion.
Step 2
Let the beef cook until beef is cooked through and onions have softened
Step 3
Drain grease from the skillet
Step 4
Add Rotel, tomato sauce, minced garlic, beef broth, and uncooked rice.
Step 5
Stir Well, Cover with a lid. and cook on medium low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Stir once about half way through.
Step 6
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let melt or pop in the oven on broil.
Step 7
Mix all pico ingredients.
Step 8
Serve with fresh pico & tortilla chips
