Instructions
Step 1
- Brown ground beef in a skillet on medium high heat, add all seasonings and the onion
Step 2
Let that cook until the beef is cooked through and onions have softened
Step 3
Drain any grease from the skillet
Step 4
Add Rotel, tomato sauce, minced garlic, beef broth, and uncooked rice
Step 5
Stir well, cover with lid, cook on medium low heat for about 20-25 minutes (Stirring only once about halfway through)
Step 6
Top with shredded cheddar and let melt or pop in the oven on broil for 2 minutes
