Instructions

Step 1
Blend all the ingredients together and set aside for 5 mins until the oats absorb the milk and the mixture becomes thicker.
Step 2
Add some unsalted butter on a pan and pour the pancake mixture one by one. (Tip: Use a spoon or measuring cup to ensure you pour the same amount for each pancake).
Step 3
Once the pancakes start bubbling from the top, flip and cook on the other side.
Step 4
Since the recipe has no added sugar, I use about 2 tbsp honey but you can use syrup of choice. Serve with banana and fresh berries.
