BANANA PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKE BITES! Ingredients * Banana, sliced * Smooth Peanut butter * 70g (1/2 us cup) plain flour or wholemeal flour * 100ml (1/2 us cup)milk of choice * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * OPTIONAL: for adults and older kids you can add 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar/ maple syrup * Unsalted butter or coconut oil for frying Method 1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on a banana slice and use a second slice to form a little “sandwich”. 2. In a medium bowl mix well flour, milk and baking powder (for adults and older kids you can add 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar/ maple syrup to the mixture). 3. Dip the them into the pancake mixture. 4. In a skillet, heat up butter or cooking oil of choice under medium heat. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, keep cooking until the batter is dry and set. 6.
