Ricotta (v)
I use this ricotta in lasagna. It's so good I could eat it with a spoon.
Tofu ricotta: 1 package firm tofu 14 ounces, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons dried basil
Blend together in a food processor or blender.
