Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots, parsnip, celeriac and onion into small cubes and the chicken breast into slightly bigger cubes
Step 2
Add the vegetables into the pot and fry them in the oil for 5 minutes while stirring
Step 3
Add the broth, the chicken breast and the bay leaves into the pot and boil for one hour
Step 4
Add the noodles and the chopped parsely and boil for 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper
