Instructions

Step 1
Trim any visible fat from the steak, then slice into thin strips. Cut each head of pak choi into four lengthways. Dice the pepper into small squares.
Step 2
Heat two tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan. Add the pepper and fry quickly for 1 minute. Add the beef and fry until browned all over. Add the pak choi and cook briefly until starting to wilt.
Step 3
Tip in the stir fry sauce and 2 tablespoons of water and stir. Bring to the boil, then add the noodles and warm through, loosening them until they are all coated in sauce. Serve immediately.
