Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef, add onion and taco seasoning.
Step 2
Once the meat is well browned and the onion is softened, add the drained can if beans and heat through. Turn burner down to low.
Step 3
Toss lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados together.
Step 4
Just before serving, add meat mixture to the top, sprinkle with cheese and add dressing. Toss well.
Step 5
Sprinkle doritos on top, or serve individually, like croutons.
Step 6
Salad may be served composed, as written, but must be eaten immediately, as it will not keep.
Step 7
Alternately, salad may be served in individual components to be mixed by each person to taste or at the time of consumption. Works well for meal prep this way.
