Step 1
Cook the onions and then add carrots and until soft and onion clear on medium high heat

add in salt at this stage
Step 3
add diced tomates, half can of water (8oz) then beans and garlic, simmer on medium high heat until beans are falling apart
Step 4
add water as nesecary so it doesn't burn and stir occasionally
Step 5
3) Add water to adjust thickness and puree with a hand blender or blender to taste
Step 6
*if you're using a blender and want it to still be chunky, put only 1/4 of the soup on the blender
Step 7
cover until you're ready to enjoy
