BBQ pulled chicken with coleslaw If you want a delicious and easy meal to feed the family this is it, I made this in under 30 minutes yesterday after coming home from running errands and grocery shopping. This BBQ pulled chicken recipe is so easy all you’ll need is a rotisserie chicken shred it add the bbq sauce of your choice and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Instructions

Step 1
1-shred the chicken

2-In a skilled melt 2 tablespoons of butter add in the BBQ sauce of your choice, the shredded chicken, mix and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
3-for the slaw in a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper and give it a good mix. Then add in the vegetables and mix again.
Step 4
4-toast your buns, make your sandwich first the chicken then the slaw and enjoy!!
