Cajun Stir Fry
This is one of my favorite Whole30 compliant recipes. It is warm and spicy and gets me out of my food rut every time!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2
Toss shrimp in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the potatoes and toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Spread out on pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
While the potatoes are cooking, dice the onion, pepper, and sausage links. Toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Step 5
When the potatoes have cooked 15 minutes, add the vegetables, sausage, and shrimp to the pan. Bake for 10 more minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and shrimp is fully cooked.
